The CREAK competence center in Tours is coordinated by Dr. HOARAU Cyrille, head of the cross-functional allergology and clinical immunology department at the CHRU in Tours. Due to its cross-functionality, child-adult, this center takes care of both children within a pediatric circuit dedicated to the Gatien pediatric hospital in Clocheville and adults at the Bretonneau hospital.
Patients are seen in pediatric or adult consultation after referral by their physician for suspected bradykinin angioedema.
Monitoring and therapeutic education of patients with confirmed bradykinin angioedema are provided by the medical and paramedical team of the department at the Gatien hospital in Clocheville for children and at the Bretonneau hospital for adults.
